Welcome to Day 2 of the 30 Day Chair Yoga Journey! In Slow Flow, we focus on moving with the breath, one breath, one movement. We end with holding a couple postures to get a nice stretch and then have a short guided relaxation.

This is a Fully Seated, 17 Minute Class.
