Welcome to Day 1 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! In Day 1, we focus on a general loosening up of the major joints, neck, shoulder, hips, etc. and we end with a short guided relaxation.

Remember the point of this Journey is to build consistency. Focus on committing to practicing with me everyday for these 30 days and you will build the habit. Afterwards, practice whichever classes you like on the channel, but try to be consistent for these 30 days and you will look forward to your practice eventually.
