This ended up being very rich in color and vibrancy. Vintage maple is much more rich than a young tree. It has incorporated all the mineral artifacts of the last 100 years versus the last 20 years. I was pleasantly happy to put the finishing oil on this one and have the ebony, walnut, and maple show off their life.
