A migrant wanted for murder was found along with 77 illegal migrants after Agents got a tip about a stash house in the El Paso area: They were Living in an overcrowded shed with small windows, limited airflow, & piles of trash.
Officials saying the incident shows how smugglers prioritize profits over migrant safety
The migrants were from Mexico, Honduras, Ecuador, Guatemala and the Dominican
Republic. During Fiscal Year 2024, authorities in the El Paso Sector have found
270 stash houses taking more than 2,600 migrants taken into custody.
