300 grams of grilled beef sausage,
cut into quarters once browned and cooked
An onion chopped
150gams Pasta your choice
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tablespoons tomato Ketchup or paste
300 grams of brown mushrooms
100 mils of milk or cooking cream
salt and pepper

Ingredients
• 300g grilled beef sausage, cut into quarters after browning and cooking
• 1 onion, chopped
• 150g pasta of your choice
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or tomato paste
• 300g brown mushrooms, sliced
• 100ml milk or cooking cream
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
1. Prepare the Sausage:
○ In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
○ Add the grilled beef sausage quarters and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
○ In the same pot, add a bit more olive oil if necessary.
○ Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened and translucent.
○ Add the garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Cook the Mushrooms:
○ Add the sliced brown mushrooms to the pot.
○ Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and begin to brown.
4. Combine Ingredients:
○ Return the browned sausage to the pot.
○ Stir in the tomato ketchup or paste, ensuring everything is well coated.
5. Cook the Pasta:
○ Add the pasta and enough water to just cover the ingredients.
○ Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
○ Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
6. Make it Creamy:
○ Once the pasta is cooked, lower the heat.
○ Stir in the milk or cooking cream until the sauce is creamy and everything is well combined.
