Ingredients for 2 servings
300 grams of grilled beef sausage,
cut into quarters once browned and cooked
An onion chopped
150gams Pasta your choice
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tablespoons tomato Ketchup or paste
300 grams of brown mushrooms
100 mils of milk or cooking cream
salt and pepper

One-Pot Sausage and Mushroom with Creamy Pasta
Servings: 2
Ingredients
• 300g grilled beef sausage, cut into quarters after browning and cooking
• 1 onion, chopped
• 150g pasta of your choice
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or tomato paste
• 300g brown mushrooms, sliced
• 100ml milk or cooking cream
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
1. Prepare the Sausage:
â—‹ In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
â—‹ Add the grilled beef sausage quarters and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
â—‹ In the same pot, add a bit more olive oil if necessary.
○ Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened and translucent.
â—‹ Add the garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Cook the Mushrooms:
â—‹ Add the sliced brown mushrooms to the pot.
â—‹ Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and begin to brown.
4. Combine Ingredients:
â—‹ Return the browned sausage to the pot.
â—‹ Stir in the tomato ketchup or paste, ensuring everything is well coated.
5. Cook the Pasta:
â—‹ Add the pasta and enough water to just cover the ingredients.
â—‹ Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
â—‹ Cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
6. Make it Creamy:
â—‹ Once the pasta is cooked, lower the heat.
â—‹ Stir in the milk or cooking cream until the sauce is creamy and everything is well combined.
â—‹ Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve:
â—‹ Dish out the creamy sausage and mushroom pasta into bowls.
â—‹ Garnish with additional black pepper or Parmesan cheese, if desired.
â—‹ Enjoy your meal!
