Dr. Christopher Busby responds briefly here to many questions to him about the nature of the recent massive explosions in Toropets Russia (Ukraine missile) and near Jbaa in southern Lebanon (Israel missile). He begins by believing that the magnitude of the explosions and their characteristics point to a small nuclear detonation. Dr Busby has studied nuclear weapons and their effects for 20 years and has represented both atmospheric test veterans and Depleted Uranium victims as a expert witness in courts. He links the two events, in Toropets and in Jbaa to previous work he has carried out identifying a secret nuclear weapon, used in Lebanon in 2006, in Gaza in 2008 and 2014, in Fallujah Iraq and in the Balkans also. The technology involves cold fusion of deuterium dissolved in Uranium, which under pressure causes a cold fusion deuterium to helium nuclear reaction with evolution of a high energy gamma ray and neutrons. The result leaves a residue of enriched Uranium, which he found in 2006 in Lebanon crater and ambulance air filter samples, and also in Gaza samples in 2009. He points out that since the weapon does not leave behind the normal fission products like Caesium-137 and Strontium-90 it will be invisible to the global nuclear detectors, and denied by the military and UN agencies like the IAEA. It is nevertheless as serious public health issue as shown by the downstream effects that Dr Busby found in Fallujah. The most dangerous aspect of the increasing use of this weapon, is that it makes a nuclear war more likely. If he is right, then the attack site samples will contain enriched Uranium, small amounts of Plutoniu-239 and Uranium-236, together with Carbon-14, Tritium and some short lived activation products.
