Harris says handing over Ukraine territory equals surrender

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris said on Thursday (September 26) that proposals that would give up large parts of Ukraine's sovereign territory are proposals for surrender, not peace. Harris, the Democratic presidential candidate, spoke alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy at the White House.
