Warming Chair Yoga Flow - Stretching The Inner Hip - 30 Minute Class - Fully Seated

In Warming Chair Yoga, we focus on stretching the inner hip and thigh. We begin with some breathing, then warm the body a bit before moving into some hip opening stretches (postures). We end with a short Guided Meditation and relaxation.
