In Warming Chair Yoga Part 2, we focus on warming and stretching the Outer part of the Hip and Glute. We begin with some breathing, Move through a flowing sequence to warm the body and hold some stretches specifically focused on opening the outside of the hip and butt muscles. We end with a guided meditation:)
