0:00 Mrs. Justice's introduction. Waiting.
5:00 Leslie Barbee's cross-examination continues.

40:00 The signs on the door are shown. They don't have an NC statute on them. Mike questions Leslie about it.
47:30 They couldn't play the January 31st video for Leslie. She steps down. The prosecutor wants her to be released, defense objects, judge rules that she stays.
48:50 Vince Daugherty, security, on direct examination begins.
1:08:10 Cross-examination of Dougherty. Daugherty says he wasn't present on January 31, 2020.
1:13:00 The January 31st video is played. There are technical issues so it has no audio, but the video works.
1:16:40 Cross-examination of Daugherty continues. It turns out Daugherty was present on January 31st, but Leslie was not. On January 31st, Daugherty assisted Blind Justice, and he didn't tell him to leave or stop recording.
1:29:00 The signs on the door are shown again, right after Daugherty said the opposite of what they show. Daugherty keeps changing his story about the recording devices policy. 1:34:20 The cross-examination turns to whether Mike expressed that he was injured or needed medical assistance.
1:37:00 Re-direct of Daugherty by the prosecutor.

2:33:00 Technical difficulties playing video.
2:40:20 Judge says "I don't know what to tell you. I'm not a computer person." The judge thinks it's the defense's problem if Webex won't play videos with audio properly.
2:41:54 Cross-examination of Boyce continues.
2:52:30 Cross-examination of Boyce ends. The video Blind Justice wants to play still hasn't been played.
2:53:40 Leslie is called back for cross-examination by Mike.
