And it was only after complaining of stomach pains that doctors did an X-ray and found the blade pressing into her bladder.
WACKY-BUT-TRUE: FAKE DOCTOR PERFORMED DELICATE PROCEDURES FOR 20 YEARS _ A 36-year-old man in Thailand has been arrested for performing penis enlargement procedures for two decades without a medical license. Despite only having a ninth grade education, Kittikorn Songsri operated on patients at a townhouse. He advertised his services on social media, conducting surgeries on two to three patients monthly. Songsri was self-taught in implants since age 14 and was reported by a patient who suffered severe infections. After an undercover sting operation, authorities arrested Songsri, who admitted to performing procedures for 20 years.
WACKY-BUT-TRUE: THIEF BUSTED IN SHIRT HE STOLE _ In Germany an unidentified man burglarized a woman’s residence, getting away with some cash and one striped shirt. This must have been a very unique shirt, as the woman spotted him wearing it a short time later. Thinking there weren’t many like it, she called the cops and told them she thought she’d found the thief. He was still strolling around the neighborhood when they found him, still wearing the stolen shirt and carrying the tools he had used to break into her house.
WACKY-BUT-TRUE: SUBWAY JOYRIDE ENDS IN CRASH _ Police in New York City are searching for a man and woman who took an empty subway train on a joyride before crashing it. The duo boarded the unoccupied train in Queens just after midnight on September 12. They managed to get the train running and collided shortly after with another parked train. Surveillance footage of the couple has been released.
WACKY-BUT-TRUE: BANANA USED TO HOLD UP GROCERY STORE _ A man walked into a store in the UK and grabbed a banana from a counter, then placed it inside his sweatshirt. He then pretended the banana was a gun. Lucky for the thief the clerk didn’t see him steal the banana and assumed he had a gun. He made of with some money and cigarettes.
WHAT WAS THE MOST SHOCKING HABIT YOU DISCOVERED WHEN YOU MOVED IN WITH A PARTNER?
• She sprints up and down the stairs. She just hates being on the stairs, so she makes it as fast as possible. It’s insane to watch her calmly walk to the stairs then just automatically start sprinting.
• He won’t clear the couch, he just sits down. Fresh folded laundry? Sit on it. Purse? Sit on it. Paper? Sit on it.
• My husband folds towels while they are still wet and puts them away.
• Eating cereal with water, not milk.
• She eats cereal with orange juice.
• He doesn’t change his bedsheets… ever. He thought the only reason I change mine regularly was because of periods and he thought men just don’t have to change bedsheets.
• That he would bite his nails and drop the little pieces all over the apartment. He moved out six months ago and I’m still finding fingernail bits in weird places.
