URGENT help needed for a paralysed dog

This dog met with an accident outside ghansoli station on 25th July 2024. When the reporter called, i admitted him immeditely in Bhumi jeevdaya. They have been treating him since 2 months, but both his hind legs have stopped responding and he is unable to move. Need to find a shelter asap, coz they cant keep him for long.

Please help, as i'm unable to find a permanent shelter for him, he is very much active and healthy, but cant walk, so need a good shelter (permanent)
