Pony zoomies are an adorable and energetic burst of playful behavior, where a pony suddenly takes off running, often with wild enthusiasm and excitement. Much like a dog’s zoomies, pony zoomies happen when a pony is feeling particularly joyful or has a lot of pent-up energy to release. During these moments, you’ll see a pony sprinting around its pasture, kicking up its heels, bucking, and sometimes twisting in midair—all with pure glee.
