European Council president Charles Michel defends EU sanctions on Russia

European Council president Charles Michel who was at the UN assembly speaks to Sky's Yalda Hakim about the battle to impose economic sanctions on Moscow.

Mr Michel says "I can assure you that we are absolutely determined on the EU side to implement very tough sanctions on Russia but it is challenging."

He added, "That's why we are making decisions every week so we can fine-tune our sanctions in the best possible way."
