Action steel match! With far too many ammo/magazine issues! #glock #uspsa

I shot another action steel match at Volusia County Gun Club today (09/25/2024). My first two stages were plagued with light primer strikes and feeding issues. I assumed it was a problem with the Shadow Systems XR920, so I swapped it out for the Glock 45. The G45 also had issues, so I swapped out my magazines and ammo, which seemed to solve all my problems.

Action steel is my favorite format for handgun competition. I wish I was able to shoot it more often, but there's nothing like this in my area. I also wish my USPSA-style stage planning was better!
