Shedding Light on the San Diego Street Sweeping Citations Scam

In this video you will meet a Stormwater Street Sweeping Officer, McGough, ID#21319 who "SECRETLY" issues Street Sweeping Citations to vehicles resulting in the vehicle owners being unaware that they received citations.

This causes a lot of problems for vehicle owners as more citations are secretly issued, fees and fines double, notices are either not sent in the mail or are sent delayed and past the window to appeal the street sweeping citation.

But not only are Street Sweeping citations being issued SECRETLY, they are often issued in the absence of the promised service of street sweeping, street signage is false and misleading, street signage contradicts the city's Interactive Website Map, city employees act under the color of authority, under the color of law and exceed their authority on the daily utilizing threats, bullying, intimidation to EXTORT money for invalid, unlawful Street Sweeping citations.

Mayor Todd Rex Gloria has been aware of this CRIME since at least 2015.
