DAR Imploding - Changes bylaws to allow men

In an incredibly awkward display, Pamela Rouse Wright, leads the organization in voting to allow men to join their organization. She explained that this is to preserve the non-profit status of the organization. Refusing to even call men MEN she explained a person with a birth certificate that says "female" is eligible for membership in the organization.
