5 onions, 1 head of garlic… I like! 🥰
RECIPE (3 servings, 1h prep time):
-5 onions
-1 head of garlic
-1 Tsp thyme
-salt to taste
-olive oil
-optional: 50ml white wine
Combine in a baking tray.
Bake at 180C/360F for 50min.
-200g pasta
Cook al dente and add to the onions.
-50ml vegan cream
-some reserved pasta water
Stir until all the pasta is coated in the sauce and enjoy.
