The first experiment was not successful due to not following the steps on the text, and using ineffective materials and supplies. I plan to redo this experiment on the law of charges soon. Just know that a electrostatically charged bodies with like charges repel, while those with unlike (opposite charges) attract. As I understand it. This attraction is due to the electromagnetic direction of flow around the object. And, also on the state of the atoms while positively or negatively charged.
