Feeling puffy like a human marshmallow? Blame perimenopause cortisol😑 but it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve been using the BURN for about a month and a half now, there’s a notable difference in my tummy during my cycle this month! I know we all love a quick fix, myself included. This supplement has been exactly that for several people I know.. me.. not so much. That being said, I’m also good with “steady pace wins the race” if I’m seeing results trickle in. I have definitely noticed the food noise quieting and my cravings are FAR MORE controlled. Especially when I’m a pre period snack goblin!! My daily regimen is around 9:00am, mixing my zip slip/boom and lemonade protein powder in one drink. I take my burn WITH that cocktail. Then I have another zip slim with protein around 2-3pm. My anxiety is nonexistent. I’m not only sleeping through the night but I’m DREAMING again! I’m not as hungry and when I eat I get full faster. Cravings are easily controlled and my mental focus & energy are on point. And here’s the real kicker. I had 2 heart surgeries in my 20’s and I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine. The caffeine in these products hasn’t affected me at all!
