DHS Agent Awaiting Trial in N. Dakota for Killing Air Force Sergeant

On Christmas Eve 2023, 41 year old Master Sergeant Nicholas Van Pelt was dead, and a 40 year old woman who was not his wife was on the ground bleeding from a bullet to the shoulder and one to the arm.
