Ingredients For Boiling Pasta:
250 grams dry linguine pasta
8 cups water
1 tsp salt

Ingredients For Making Creamy Garlic Pasta Sauce With Mushrooms:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 large cloves of garlic - minced
250 ml heavy cream
Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
225 grams of cleaned &sliced Cremini mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup pasta water
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley

Cooking Instructions:
In a large pot bring 8 cups of water to rolling boil
Add salt & dry linguine pasta
Cook for 9 minutes, until al dente

In the meantime let's make our Pasta Sauce:
Add olive oil and unsalted butter to a hot sauce pan
Once butter is melted add minced garlic
Reduce heat to medium-low and saute garlic for 30 seconds
Add 250 ml heavy cream and let it thicken by stirring it for 4 minutes
Now pour in chicken stock and pasta water
Next add salt & crushed black pepper to taste, mix well
Now add sliced Cremini mushrooms & cook them for 3 to 4 minutes
Toss in capers, mix well
Grate in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley
