Note: The concoction below is close to the one I have been using for a few years now.
I use lemons, fresh ginger, garlic and honey and water.
6 lemons: 3 pealed and 3 with pealings cut into pieces...
Ginger: About an 1/8th of a cup chopped...
Garlic: four large heads, pealed...
Honey: 2 lbs...
Water: 1 litter of mineral water...
Run everything through a juicer except the honey and water.
This makes about a pint and a half of juice.
I put the concentrate in a large bowl, mix the water and honey up till the honey desolves.
This makes about 7 to 8 pints. I drink half a pint before my smoothie and drink the rest after lunch.
I have been drinking this for several years and by the grace of the Lord I have stopped all my heart meds. Before that I was always in a daze. Not now......
