Pacific414 Pop Talk Watch Party Double Feature: The Bikeriders and Field of Dreams

Tonight on Pacific414 Pop Talk, we will have our second and last watch party for the month of September with a double feature!

The first movie we will be watching is The Bikeriders starring Tom Hardy, Jody Comer and Austin Butler.

Here is a brief synopsis of the film.

The Bikeriders is a 2023 American period crime drama film written and directed by Jeff Nichols, and starring Jodie Comer, Austin Butler, Tom Hardy, Michael Shannon, Mike Faist, Boyd Holbrook, Damon Herriman, Beau Knapp, Emory Cohen, Karl Glusman, Toby Wallace, and Norman Reedus. Its plot, inspired by the photo-book of the same title by Danny Lyon, depicts the lives of the Vandals Motorcycle Club, a fictional version of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.

This was a movie that I (Mike) enjoyed seeing back in June of this year (2024) and I hope you all enjoy it as well.

The second movie of the night is Field of Dreams, which based upon book by W.P. Kinsella titled "Shoeless Joe" and has become a favorite among baseball fans and non baseball fans alike. Field of Dreams stars Kevin Costner, Amy Madigan, James Earl Jones , Ray Liotta and Burt Lancaster.
