In this Chair Yoga for Weight Loss Class, Shoulder Stretch and Strengthen, we focus on movements which help Open and Stabilize the Shoulder Joints.
The Chair Yoga for Weight loss classes have more movement and less holding of the stretches/postures.

This is a 33 Minute, Fully Seated Class.
