- Slate of electors meet on December 17, 2024
- Congress certifies (or not) electoral votes collected from 50 states on January 6, 2025
- Inauguration Day on January 20, 2025

So, the last scenario.... VP Vance would be President if Trump dies after Congress certified the electoral votes, no?
