Indiana Judge awards MURDERER, Gender Surgery, on the taxpayer dime

Liberal Judge in Indiana has granted permission for an inmate…..who is in prison for killing his 11 month old stepdaughter, to receive gender re-assignment surgery. The surgery, of course, will be paid, by the taxpayer.
