What qualifies the Anointing on the Word? What guarantees you will have the anointing show up when you listen or when someone preaches. That the person who is doing the preaching and teaching of the Word is Authorized to do it. If God calls you He will equip you. First comes the Appointing, then comes the Anointing. So if God authorizes you then He will anoint you.

If the person preaching has no anointing, then they are not authorized. The 5 Fold Ministry are those who have been authorized by God to preach and teach His Word – and the anointing shows up to prove it. That's how faith gets in you spiritually – how it's fed, so to speak – so you can do what you need to do in the spiritual realm, which is where all the warfare is fought.
