Quarterback Upgrades

Sam Darnold MIN Darnold might not be an automatic start against a very good Packers defense, but if he is successful against them, it will be difficult to bench him going forward.
Aaron Rodgers NYJ Rodgers is at least bye/injury depth in 1QB leagues.
Justin Fields PIT He is worth a look in your lineup against a beatable Colts defense this week.
Bo Nix DEN He'll face a tough test at the Jets, but Nix is worth a bench spot in 1QB leagues.
Daniel Jones NYG He's worth carrying as a backup in 1QB leagues while we see if this hot streak continues against the Cowboys on Thursday.
Andy Dalton CAR If he has another strong game against his old Bengals teams in Week 4, he might be worth at least spot starts and will be here to stay for fantasy.

Running Back Upgrades

Bucky Irving TB Irving is definitely trending up and needs to be rostered in every league.
Emanuel Wilson GB Wilson got basically the same workload as Josh Jacobs and outplayed him in the easy win at Tennessee

Wide Receiver Upgrades

Jauan Jennings SF Jennings clearly has chemistry with Brock Purdy, and he should be a more prominent target even when his snap count goes back down
Jalen Nailor MIN Nailor just keeps catching touchdowns, with three in three weeks.
Darnell Mooney ATL Mooney had a good Week 2 on just a few plays, and in Week 3, he showed he can be a frequent short-range target for Kirk Cousins
Allen Lazard NYJ Lazard bounced back with a strong Week 3 after disappearing in Week 2
Calvin Austin III PIT . Justin Fields has a good deep ball, and defenses aren't going to respect the pass. So Austin has a chance to hit in any given week and should be stashed on your bench.
Wan'Dale Robinson NYG Robinson could be worth a spot in your lineup and certainly is worth a spot on your bench in PPR leagues.
Adam Thielen CAR He should added and stashed in deeper leagues with the hope that the Panthers don't bring him back too early.

Tight End Upgrades

Tyler Conklin NYJ Conklin is the best bet of the Week 3 one-hit wonders to keep it up because he's facing a Broncos defense that should try to take Garrett Wilson away
Cole Kmet CHI Kmet could be a fine start against an ailing Rams defense
Tucker Kraft GB With Jordan Love likely returning this week, Kraft could be a good preemptive pickup if you are desperate at tight end.
