Prologue: The Massacre at Dhekelia Hospital

Plot: Snake awakens after 9 years in a coma only to find out he is once again being hunted by the group known as Cipher who destroyed their Caribbean Mother Base and left him for dead. Before Snake can receive facial surgery to alter his identity, an unknown female assassin and group of mercenaries, assaults Dhekelia Hospital, and massacres all of the patents and staff. During the harrowing escape with a man known only as Ishmael, a man cloaked in flames with supernatural abilities, attacks the hospital after Snake, as well as a old rival who reappears after two decades, to save him from being barbequed to rescue another friend who is missing in action.

Episode 01 of my Metal Gear Solid V playthrough. Each episode will showcase gameplay as well as some tactics used for best results during missions, sometimes with limited gear, alternative loadouts, and revisits of missions to complete additional objectives following better gear and equipment.
