BREAST COMPRESSION AROUND A BLOCKED MILK DUCT TO UNCLOG IT//

In this video, you can see the technique I use to unblock a clogged milk duct. You can see how the alveoli (like clusters of grapes) in the breast are visible because they are engorged with milk.

I find breast compression while baby is feeding to be the best technique to push the milk through the blockage and unclog it before it becomes a more serious issue like mastitis.
