It looks like the botfly larvae is getting very close to come out on its own.

Mika The Squirrel has a botfly larvae and it's getting very close to come out on its own without harming the host, the botfly larvae doesn't look good but I always make sure she got food to eat and clean water everyday,and botfly larvae can be pulled also.
