The grades of grease refer to pumpability...how thick the grease is. Different devices are used in industry, more so than in the individual homes in, transferring the grease from the container to the application or the cavity. Depending on the transfer equipment that is used, the orfice is different and may require a thinner grease. Grades of grease can be as thick as a brick or as thin as water. The most commonly used grease is a #2 Grade, which is what you will find on store shelves, in the grease gun of a homeowner, or in automotive use.

Here at Muscle Products, we have the capability and willingness to make grease as thin as is required by the purchaser. We can test any grease you are using, identify the grade, and match it for your specific needs.
