Tiny Dancer Spins Into Wall And Hits Head

A little girl dressed in a tutu and making the perfect young ballerina is asked to perform in front of her two brothers. The room they’re in is large too so there’s plenty of room for all kinds of high kicking, grand jete’s, attitude derriere’s and more. At first she falls over but as she’s only a few feet tall there’s not far to go. Plus the ground is carpeted – so despite an attempt at a little cry, she quickly pulls herself up and is encouraged to dance again by mom. Well, this is it – this is her moment – and she races across the huge room to begin a spin. But unfortunately, she is a little off-balance to begin with and her spin winds up with her hitting the wall with her head and falling over. Perhaps this is how Martha Graham got started – because we all have to start somewhere. Fortunately Daddy was there to pick her up and show her some love.
