Learning to Outline the Bible using the Gospel of John, Scott Mitchell

Outlining the Bible is a way to study it. Outlining is a valuable exercise that also help memorize verses, as well as remember where chapters and events in the Bible occur. It is a simple exercise that I introduce in this video, but I have personally benefitted from this and to this day, my friends ask me where certain verses or events occur in the Bible (I don't mind, but sometimes I feel like a walking concordance) because they never took the time to study the Scriptures in this way. Good study habits take mental discipline and an investment of time. In the case of the Bible, it pays eternal dividends.
