Harris Campaign Walks Back ‘Shoot’ Comments ‘It Was Just A Joke’

Kamala Harris’ campaign manager is walking back comments the Vice President made earlier this week when she told Oprah Winfrey she would shoot someone who broke into her house.
Now the campaign saying it was a calculated joke, knowing that people would still be talking about it, then emphasizing Harris wants communities to be safe. Harris previously said she’s in favor of mandatory buybacks.
