Peach Jam with homemade MAPLE SYRUP | Low sugar peach jam

A new way to make Peach Jam is with homemade maple syrup! It is so good and a lower sugar method of canning jam! Great on toast and bagels in the morning!

Recipe Here:
8 cups crushed peaches - about 8 pounds of peaches
3 1/2 cups of maple syrup total (I used homemade but any good quality maple syrup will do)
1 and 1/2 packets of low sugar/no sugar pectin packets
lemon juice or fresh fruit preserve powder
