There is not a single person in this world, who, upon looking at the sight of sword swallowing, was not shaken with concern for the performer. After all, sword swallowing is not a magic trick, not an optical illusion, it really does happen and you need a long period of training and practice to learn the technique just to avoid the risks of getting seriously injured.

This is not a video about the adventures and feats of a renowned sword swallower. This video is not set amongst lions, bearded women, clowns and roaring audiences, no we will leave romantic reminiscences for some other time. However, as William Shakespeare so adequately put: “All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players,” we will translate the circus environment into a humble British kitchen, the mighty sword swallower into the young lad in the video and the roaring audience is you, dear fellows watching this video. And roar you will, just watch this guy perform to the last minute!

Teatime in this British household just got a lot funnier. The teen who lives there has a most unusual way of eating sausages – he simply opens his mouth up as wide as it will go then he drops the entire sausage into his mouth. The sausage then falls directly down his throat without him having to actually bite into it. Yes, it is that easy for him – and yes, it is something that fills us with mixed feelings of gross and amazing. Just like a proper sword swallower of the olden days of the majestic traveling circuses! One by one the little sausages drop down his gullet – the only real sound is the cackling of the woman filming it who clearly thinks it is the funniest thing she has ever seen him do. He manages to drop a total of six sausages down his throat without biting into one or choking – yes, he really is that good. He finally stands up, showing that he has not been remotely affected by the sausage dropping. “Are you full now?” enquires the woman to which he just laughs.
