Karate (Japanese 空手 - "empty hand") – is a Japanese martial art, which is a system of techniques that provide the practitioner with a mechanism of protection and attack. Karate has its origins in the martial arts and military traditions of the Ancient East, India, China, and Japan. It is believed that the ancient martial art techniques of India and China, reached the island of Okinawa, were they rapidly developed and flourished in the Middle Ages. The birthday of karate is considered the beginning of the 1920s, when the Japanese master Gitin Funakoshi (1869-1957) held a public presentation of this martial arts.

Parents always ask themselves what kind of lessons to give the child. The whole problem is that at a young age, it is still difficult for a toddler to make such a choice by him or herself. Karate for children is an excellent form of education that teaches the practitioner, from a very early age, to respect the seniority, and just persevere through any obstacles that one comes up against as well as to find your own purpose.

This, of course, may just not be your traditional karate match, but boy are these kids adorable to watch! This match is like nothing you’ve ever seen before! These two boys are not actually following actual karate rules, but they are having so much fun nevertheless! And so are we! One thing is for sure, these two little cuties have invented the least violent variant of karate and perhaps the least violent kind of martial arts altogether!

Can you call this the new karate style and this video as “how it all started”? We really cannot say at this point and we need your help in deciding.
