Balanced and Level Magnets Make Compass Magnet Motor Smoother

Not only have we made the discs and magnets more level that sit on the shaft of the N20 DC gear motor but we have balanced them pretty well.

This has enabled the motor to run a little more smoothly and also a little faster reaching a speed of 408 RPM.
