Transforming mocktails to cocktails made easy!

Just one more or less ingredient can make the difference between a mocktail and a cocktail. In this case, it’s the strawberry gin that, when floated, also adds visual accents.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz GIN
30ml-1oz WHITE TEA
30ml-1oz STRAWBERRY SYRUP
30ml-1oz LEMON JUICE
1 EGG WHITE
3 STRAWBERRIES

Muddle strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients and shake with a big and fresh ice cube. Hard shake. Strain back into shaker and dry shake. Strain into ice filled glass.
