INGREDIENTS (per burger).
🇮🇹 approx. 200 grams of minced meat of your choice
🇮🇹 3 slices of mozzarella
🇮🇹 roasted pine nuts
🇮🇹 semi-dried tomatoes
🇮🇹 some rocket
🇮🇹 Spelt buns
🇮🇹 Garlic mayo
🇮🇹 1 heaped teaspoon of green pesto
