Restoring a damaged photo with Adobe PhotoShop

I'd taken over a year off from photo restoration but the break hadn't done me bad, I found I enjoyed it more and was taking more time on it. I decided to share it and video'd some of it while I was doing it, that way when anyone asks me how I done it I can refer to the video which is a lot easier that explaining sometimes.
