BOUNCE PASS

PLACE YOUR HANDS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BALL WITH YOUR ELBOWS STICKING OUTWARD. EXTEND YOUR ARMS TOWARDS THE GROUND FLICKING YOUR WRISTS OUTWARD TO RELEASE THE BALL. IT SHOULD HIT THE GROUND APPROXIMATELY TWO THIRDS OF THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE WALL

OVERHEAD PASS

HOLD THE BALL ABOVE YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ELBOWS OUT WIDE. WITHOUT PUTTING THE BALL BEHIND YOUR HEAD. FLICK YOUR WRISTS FORWARD SO THE BALL LEAVES YOUR HANDS AND HIT THE WALL ABOVE YOUR HEAD, COMING BACK TO YOU
