Joe Biden caught on hot mic talking about China

US President Joe Biden has been caught in a hot mic moment at the Quad Summit.

Mr Biden told India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Australia's Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Secretary of State Antony Blinken, that China is 'testing us'.

The comments are likely to raise eyebrows in China.
