Today, on Day 227 of my sobriety, I dive into the stunning piece Otche Nash - Kedrov - Tenebrae conducted by Nigel Short. But before we get into the music, I want to talk about how important creation has become in my sobriety journey. While I’m incredibly grateful for all the subscribers and support, the real key to staying sober has been my ability to create—whether it's making videos, sharing my thoughts, or planning future projects like fitness videos, food videos, and sobriety content from Sri Lanka. Creation is what keeps me motivated and excited about the future, and it's helped me avoid the boredom that used to be a trigger for my addiction.

As for this piece of music, I’m completely amazed. The beauty of this choral work blew me away. Although I’m not religious, I felt an emotional connection—it even brought back memories of Christmas in Scandinavia. The feelings of family, love, and connection flooded me as I listened. It was a stunning experience, and I’m so thankful I got to hear it. Thank you all for subscribing and supporting me on this journey—let’s keep going together!
