Can Transcendental Meditation Help with ADHD?

A study with 10 students with ADHD examined their progress before and after practicing Transcendental Meditation for 10 minutes twice daily over 3 months. Participants reported feeling calmer, less distracted, less stressed, and better able to control their anger and frustration.
