Smoked Cream Cheese Two Ways with Matt Hussey
Matt Hussey's smoked cream cheese recipe is a must-try! Choose from two delicious flavors: Everything Bagel with hot honey or Spicy Brown Sugar with cherries. It only takes 2 hours to smoke, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. Serve with crackers and enjoy!

Ingredients
Oil spray or 1 teaspoon of oil
2 blocks of cream cheese
2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
2 tablespoons Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning
2 tablespoons Mike’s Hot Honey
2 tablespoons canned cherries
Crackers (for serving)
Graham crackers
Directions
1. Preheat the Blackstone Pellet Grill to 250°F, using your preferred pellets. This recipe used a hardwood blend of hickory, oak, and cherry.
2. Take both blocks of cream cheese and score them in a diamond pattern by making slits from corner to corner in one direction, then repeat in the opposite direction.
3. Lightly spray the cream cheese blocks with oil (or brush them with 1 teaspoon of oil). Season one block with Everything Bagel seasoning and the other with Spicy Brown Sugar seasoning.
4. Place the cream cheese blocks on the pellet grill and smoke for about 2 hours.
5. Once the cream cheese has a nice, set texture, remove it from the smoker. Drizzle Mike’s Hot Honey over the block with Everything Bagel seasoning, and top the other block with canned cherries.
6. Arrange crackers and graham crackers around the cream cheese and serve immediately.
7. Enjoy!
