Most of the time, what goes on in a courtroom can come off as pretty dry. But every once in a while, you get learn about a hearing where you wish you had brought popcorn! Over the last year or so, there have been a few of those hearings concerning cigars and the rights of cigar lovers that have been pretty exciting. Recently, we had yet another one of those.

The hearing in question was part of an appeal filed by the FDA in response to losing their authority to create new regulations for the premium cigar industry. And let's just say that things didn't go the FDA's way.
