Dog owner jumps into the water to save his dog

A dog owner jumped into the water to rescue his dog after it fell in during their routine walk. Good Samaritans passing by stopped to help the owner and his dog get out of the water. The dog owner expressed his gratitude for the good Samaritans who helped him in such a scary situation!
